いつもお世話になります。
琉球大学の駒澤です。
先程のメールは申し訳ございません。

説明しなおしますと
まずやったこととしまして
#make menuconfig
がうまくいっていないと思い
本やネットを調べてmenuconfigを作成したり
、最初に入っているカーネル2.4.18-3(RsdHat7.3)
のmenuconfigとまったく同じにとおりに2.4.21の
menuconfigの構築を行い、rshでクライアントに
のせてみたのですがクライアントでやはりうまくいきません。
rshで送った後にしなければならないことは
SCoreのドキュメントどおりでOKなのでしょうか?

また、今まではサーバーではkernel2.4.21SCoreをつくるだけ
で、kernel2.4.18-3でクライアントをEITを用いて
構築し、後でrshを用いてkernel2.4.21をクライアントに
のせていました。
そこでサーバーのカーネルをkernel2.4.21SCoreにして
EITでつくったfloppyを用いて
クライアントをbootさせるのですがそのときに
クライアントで
No dhcp_server specified. Used Broadcast
とでてきます。
やはりmenuconfigに誤りがあるのでしょうか?
しかしサーバーで2.4.21を用いて起動させても
何も問題はでてきません。

どうすればいいのか分からず困っています。
サーバーのdmesgと
クライアントのdmesgを
