Hi,

>nfslock is contained in the nfs-utils rpm package. nfs-utils needs

Mount RedHat CD-ROM and copy the RPM file into some NFS region. Then 
install the package in a SCOUT environment so that the package will 
be installed on every host.

I believe this procedure is not so hard to do.
