Dear All,
Once installing SCore 5.2.0 , I wanted to try GM-1.6.3 instead of PM
to see if the transfert rate (224 Mbytes/sec. on Myrinet2k) was get-
ting better.
So I installed kernel-source-score under /usr/src and I was able to
build a "gm" module (insmod runs okay). Problem is that PM is ALREADY
part of the SCore 5.2.0 as a in-kernel feature. How to disable it and
then work with GM ?
I tried building a 2.4.18-3SCORE-custom by doing a make oldconfig and
answer 'N' to questions related to 'PM/*'. But then the make fails as
shown in the script output enclosed. I understand it could be feasible
with _older_ SCore versions since PM modules could be insmod/rmmod'ed
but what about today's situation ? I'm REALLY stuck :-((
Thanks for your support, and best regards.
