spugen ではなく cpugen ですが...

多分, pm-ethernet.conf 自体はできているはずですけど...

この message は
    /usr/kerberos/bin/rsh
が出しています.
Centos の default では kerberos を使用することを前提としているらしく,
rsh/rlogin 関連は, まず kerberos のコマンドを試みて, 失敗したら
通常の rsh/rlogin を使用するようになっています.
上記の message はそのことを表示しています.
これ以外に message がでなかった場合は, /usr/bin/rsh は正しく実行され,
pm-ethernet.conf の中身も正しいものが入っていると思います.

このメッセージが気になるのであれば, PATH から
/usr/kerberos/bin を削除するか, 環境変数 SCORE_RSH に
/usr/bin/rsh を設定してください.
