Hi.

There are two possibilities

1. Communication hardware error (Myrinet ?)
2. SCore-D (known ?) bug

I found an SCore-D bug when user processes ooutputs lots of stadout 
and/or stderr messages. This bug is fixed in the SCore 5.2 which will 
be released in next week, hopefully.
