score_mpi_list

lists MPI systems

SYNOPSIS

score_mpi_list [options]

DESCRIPTION

The score_mpi_list command lists mpi_id of the MPI systems. If you specify mpi by options or environment variables, score_mpi_list is listed only matched MPI systems.

OPTIONS

-command command
list only command is found for the MPI systems.
-path path
Add path to command search path.
-mpi_showid
print only selected mpi_id.

EXAMPLE

% score_mpi_list
mpich2-1.0.6p1-ch_score-gnu
mpich2-1.0.6p1-nemesis_score-gnu


On this host, there are two MPI libraries derived from MPICH2, having two devices of NEMESIS with SCore and CH_SCORE (libmtmi). The both libraries are ready for GNU compiler.
