On-demand file staging system

SYNOPSIS

catwalk OPTION TARGET_FILES description DESCRIPTION

When the Catwalk command is invoked inside the ctawalk environment created by the scout or command, then the on-demand file staging can be controlled with the catwalk command described in this man page.

BUGS

This command is not yet implemented but scheduled to be done.
