SCore Installation Module Extraction

• Using a tar file
  

  The distribution tar file is extracted under the /opt/score directory. The /opt directory must have 600 Mbyte space or more.

  	# mkdir -p /opt/score
  	# cd /opt/score
  	# tar xpf ~/score-4.0-redhat6.2.tar
  

  If you have the score-4.0-redhat.tar.gz file only, it contains the score-4.0-redhat6.2.tar file. So please untar the score-4.0-redhat.tar.gz file first.

  All extracted modules must be made available on both the server and compute hosts during the installation. You may mount /opt/score/work on those machines or distribute the modules by hand. If you mount /opt/score/work, the mount point MUST be the same directory as /opt/score/work, rather than, for instance, /opt/score.
