Hi,

SCore-D in multi-user mode schedules user jobs with gang scheduling 
by default. So, later submitted jobs scheduled immediately and this 
behavior looks like the backfilling.

>If yes, is there a way to disable this?

Use "exclusive scheduling mode" or add the scrun option "priority=0".
