[SCore-users] qsub hangs

Hi,
Some programs run when run without the qsub command.
When I submit them via qsub they at a particular point
for each program. The qstat -a shows that the job is
submitted but in reality the program gets to a point
and then does not go any further.
In the end the program gets out with walltime exceeded
error. 
The same programs have run with qsub earlier.
Any clues?
