Probably, this is scoreboard probrem.
0. Please check SCBDSERV environment variable.

1. Please execute following command:
      % scoreboard -test
   This command dumps scoreboard database.

2. Please chek /etc/init.d/scoreboard.
   If this script specifies scoreb9oard file, please check the file.
