[SCore-users] Running NTPD on the compute nodes

I wanted to make sure all of the nodes in my cluster had the same time
so I implemented NTPD on them.

I order to do this I had to copy libcap.so.1.10 to /lib on each of the
nodes as NTPD was looking for it. 

Will this cause any problems? If not, could you please include this
in the next distribution?
