If you install from CDROM image,
/opt/score/setup/RedHat/instimage/compconf/.conf directory is created
by Install command.

This command located to top of CDROM image.
Install command execute "make install" of setup directory,
this directory create make install of setup/RedHat directory.
If you don't run Install command, you must run the command.
