msgb is tcl/tk script.
It use /usr/bin/wish.

Attached text file says:
    usr/lib/tcl8lib/tcl8lib/tcl83/librarlibrartcl83/librarusr/lib/tcl8(.H"...
But /usr/lib/tcl8lib/ directory is not on redhat 7.2.
(Insted of I find  /usr/lib/tcl8.3/ directory on redhat 7.2.)

Do you replace tcl/tk?
