なんか sysfs 回りがおかしいみたいですが...
sysfs は動いているでしょうか?

1. /proc/filesystems に sysfs があるでしょうか?
2. mount コマンドを実行して /sys に sysfs が mount されているでしょうか?
   % mount
   ...
   sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
   ...
