Please install kernel source rpm.

PM program use kernel structure spinlock_t and more,
This definitions are found under /usr/include/asm on Redhat 7.3 or before.
But there are not found on redhat 8.0 or later.
So PM use real kernel header file under /usr/src/linux2.4/include.
But your host is not found kernel source.
