libg2c.so is found on redhat 8.0, but there is not found on redhat 7.3.
If you install SCore 5.4.0 using EIT, the compute host become redhat 7.3.
Where do you compile mtzdmp?
Please recompile mtzdmp on redhat 7.3 or static link.
