redhat 7.3 の gcc は 2.96 なのですが, このバージョンですと
不具合が起こるため, Omni のみ egcs に変更しています.

なんか stdio.h を include している前の定義の問題のような気がします.
bufo という変数か構造体に心当たりは無いでしょうか?

なんか, 整数の定数がオーバーフローしているようですが...

    #pragma omp threadprivate (stdin,stderr,stdout)
は stderr などが定義されたあと, つまり,
    #include <stdio.h>
の後にいれてみてください.
