[SCore-users-jp] [SCore-users] msgb -group pcc & Command fails

Hi,

when I use this command I get the following error-message:
can't open server SERVERNAME: 8764, couldn't open socket: connection
refused

When I use this command:
scout -g pcc
I get this error message:
SCOUT: Failed to lock MessageBoard

What causes does this problem have?
