Please change #ifdef line in ckpt_syscall.c:score_ckpt_install_scwrappers().
from:
    #ifndef __x86_64
    score_scwrap(SYS__llseek, _llseek_hook);
    ...
to
    #if !defined(__x86_64__) && !defined(__ia64__) && !defined(__alpha__)
    score_scwrap(SYS__llseek, _llseek_hook);
    ...
