琉球大の金城です。


今回、PETScのインストール方法についての
質問のためにメールをさせてもらっております。

ご回答を頂く事ができたら非常に幸いです。


【環境】
Red Hat 7.3 (フルインストール)
SCore 5.0.1


【達成したいこと】
PETScのインストール


【設定においてエラーがでてきたところ】

【行った設定の手順】

を参照し設定を行いました。

とりあえず以下に、行った設定を記述します。

#環境変数の設定
[kinjo @ scic99 petsc-2.1.3]$ export PETSC_DIR=/home/kinjo/petsc-2.1.3

# petscarch でアーキテクチャーを調べる。
[kinjo @ scic99 kinjo]$ /home/kinjo/petsc-2.1.3/bin/petscarch
linux

# アーキテクチャーはlinuxという返事をもらったので、
# 環境変数を linuxとする。
[kinjo @ scic99 kinjo]$ export PETSC_ARCH=linux
[kinjo @ scic99 kinjo]$ echo $PETSC_ARCH
linux

# 取得したfblaslapack.tar.gzを解凍
[kinjo @ scic99 kinjo]$ tar zxvf fblaslapack.tar.gz

# 解凍後にできたfblaslapackディレクトリでmake
